RTD has an undergraduate degree from Mapua Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila. He specializes on Structural Engineering and a distinguished 10th and 12th placers in Geodetic Engineering and Civil Engineering board exams, respectively.
